There is more then one way to manufacture a DVD.  If you need fewer discs than is possible with our replicated DVDs then DVD-R duplication may be the best manufacturing option for your project.  DVD-R duplication is the best option for your DVD copying project if:

• Your order quantity is less than 300 DVD copies
• You are in a hurry, and don't have time for the standard DVD manufacturing process (molded discs)

We have combined the latest digital disc printing methods with latest digital packaging printing methods.  This allows us to provide low cost DVD-Rs in high quality packaging in smaller order quantities.

You no longer have to choose between buying more discs than you need or settling for ugly discs and packaging.   Choose from the four DVD-R duplication, printing, and packaging options below.

Option 1:  DVD-R with Gloss Label, Inserted into a Paper Sleeve

Option 2:  Digital Printing to the DVD-R Surface, in a Paper Sleeve

You supply a pre-mastered DVD-R for the disc content, electronic files for your DVD-R printing art, and single disc sleeve art.  We duplicate the discs, digitally print in full color directly to the DVD-R surface, print the single disc sleeve in full color, and insert the disc into the sleeve. 

For wafer seal add .05 per set.

Option 4:  Retail Packaged DVD-R (Standard DVD Case)

Not all DVD-R discs are readable in all DVD devices.  Before you duplicate any DVD-Rs, you should understand the current limitations of the product. Click here to learn about the current limitations of the DVD-R format.

Business Replication respects the intellectual property rights of others.  We will not duplicate any discs without proof of your right to duplicate the material.    The following forms are required to be completed before duplication can begin (Intellectual Property Rights Form, and Indemnification Letter ).
